If you would like to return the device, please start by contacting us at mypilatesbusiness@gmail.com Upon receiving the package, we inspect the item(s) returned:

  • For All Un-opened, factory sealed items, we issue full 100% refund to your original payment method after full inspection of the item to ensure it was unopened. 
  • For All opened and used devices, we offer a refund less 15% disposal and service fee to your original payment method.
  • Please note that Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you have misplaced a charger or need any replacement to your device due to technical issues, please contact us mypilatesbusiness@gmail.com  
  • We provide full 1 year replacement guarantee on any parts or devices.
